About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter who is hard-working, dependable, motivated, and ready to create the perfect outdoor living areas to amaze our clients.
About our Ideal Candidate skills:
- Proficiency with layout and stair building using multiple types of materials
- Ability to balance working in a fast-paced environment with creating client satisfaction
- Experience with problem solving, analytical skills, and conflict management
- Effective verbal communication which supports respect and professionalism with clients, employees, business partners, and ownership
- Willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 Years residential construction experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
About the Details:
- Base pay + incentive-based pay structure averaging $30+ per hour, based on qualifications
