1. Initial Consultation
The first step in our process is not about us but all about listening to our customer. This helps us gather as much information as possible about your ideas to really get a sense of what you’d like the end result to be. In this process we invite you to contact us at anytime and we will gladly answer all your questions.
If you’d like to continue the conversation and project planning, we often set a time to visit your home to verify details and gather any additional information necessary to finalize a formal proposal. We also offer tours of our finished projects, material samples, product brochures, and detailed project estimates.
2. Planning & Design
Many people like to review the proposal together and look at the displays once more before making final decisions on their project. A return visit to take one more look and to go through the plans is common. We work to educate clients on the best products for their application, practical design, traffic flow stair design, stair locations, and more.
When you are ready to proceed with the project, a contract is signed, project plans are approved, and a down payment is placed so that we can begin preparation work. While our work is just ready to begin for you, you’ll have confidence in knowing that you’ll always continue to work with the same individual.
3. Build and Completion
Most projects are completed in 1-2 weeks once under way. Again, this varies with the type of project and overall scope of work, but we’ll be able to discuss this with you in advance.
Throughout the process, we’re always available to answer your questions and provide updates on our progress. Our installers are friendly and good communicators, and you’ll always be able to regularly communicate with the project planner you’ve worked with from day one.
